Had none, so made some... Mayonnaise

Easy as!

1 egg ,
1tsp salt
1tsp sugar
1tsp dijon mustard
1T wine vinegar
1C oil

Put first 5 ingredients into food processor. Process, and add oil in a slow steady stream until mixture is as thick and creamy as you prefer. Refridgerate. Use within 3 weeks..... Yum!
