115g butter
1T golden syrup
1C flour
1C ricies
1/2C sugar
1C coconut
1tsp baking powder
In a medium sized saucepan melt butter and golden syrup
together. Add sifted dry ingredients, then ricies. Press into greased square
pan, and bake at 180 for 15 minutes.
When warm, drizzle with lemon icing and slice.
