Golden Syrup Pudding.... one bowl, 8 minutes...

Easy as microwave pud (thanks to Katrina!!)

60g butter, chopped up
3/4C sugar
1/2C milk
1C self raising flour ( or 1C flour & 1tsp bk pdr)
1 1/2C boiling water
3T golden syrup

In microwave safe bowl mix the milk, sugar and flour.

Spread chopped butter over top.

Dissolve syrup in boiling water, then carefully pour over top of ingredients.

Then, microwave on high for 8 minutes.

Serve with cream or ice-cream, or fruit, or milk, or have cold later if there is any left!!!
